ATTACHING THIS PRODUCT TO YOUR FK PISTOL WILL CREATE A SHORT BARRELED RIFLE AS DEFINED BY THE NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT!

Despite previous nomenclature, the FK BRNO Folding Pistol Stock is NOT A STABILIZING BRACE.  ATF’s evaluation has classified this product to be a buttstock.  Attaching this product to a pistol will constitute construction of an NFA (National Firearms Act) controlled Short Barreled Rifle (SBR).
