Returns Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return products for an exchange or refund†, at the original purchase price plus applicable sales tax, within 30 days‡ of purchase.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.


Our ‡30 Day Return Policy

We accept returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions, and accessories, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Several types of item/s are exempt from being returned. We do not accept the following:

  • Ammunition
  • Firearms (both cartridge or muzzle-loading)
  • Apparel
  • Used, damaged, or otherwise not “New in the box”.
  • Special order/custom items.
  • Factory New Guns: Please refer to for more information.

If a product (other than a gun) is defective, contact us at Include full name, phone, email contact information, order number, item/s to be returned for “defective” inspection, and proof of purchase. Photographs or videos will help determine eligibility for return.

Guns refused by the FFL dealer, or which cannot be transferred due to a failed background check, will be subject to a 15 % restocking fee.

To complete your return, we require full name, phone, email contact information, order number, item/s to be returned for “defective” inspection, and proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item/s not in original condition, damaged, missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item/s returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Due to legal/regulatory reasons and safety considerations: Ammunition, Guns, and Apparel may not be returned.


Once your returned item/s is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 days for full processing of refund. Credit card refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. Credit card refund times vary by merchant and bank. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement.

Shipping returns

You are responsible for the shipping costs to returning item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

The time in transit for returned/exchanged item/s may vary, depending on your delivery address and the carrier you choose. Please check transit times with your carrier of choice.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee returns shipping. You are responsible to adequately package item/s being returned, in such a way and with sufficient packaging, to avoid damage in transit to us. Damages incurred in transit may result in a partial refund or rejection of the refund upon inspection.

†Without Proof of Purchase:

For item/s returned without proof of purchase (ex. in the case of a gift), we will exchange the item/s for an identical or comparable item/s (subject to availability and price), on a case by case basis, subject to IFG approval.


IFG-NA, LLC operates in alignment with our returns policy, vision, and values when processing returns and asks that our Customers do the same. We inspect all returned products and reserve the right to decline returns, refunds, or exchanges. Other restrictions may apply.
